Arabic-Media is an evolution of a personal effort that started in 1995 as a
humble personal home page; it had a different name then. At that time the
internet was just beginning to take shape.
Beginnings
It was late summer of 1996 when Iraq history page was added to the home page.
In 1998 the page had the following: Iraq history, flags, Iraqi baby, UN
documents regarding Iraq, News & More, which included some links to some Arabic
radio and TV stations, Coalition Countries, Iraq Songs, and some external links.
Content
On April 4th 2001, two new additions to the site were added, Arabic
newspapers online, and Arabic Live Audio-Video Sites online, which was later
renamed as Arabic Radio & Television Live Online ãÍØÇÊ ÇáÅÐÇÚÉ æ ÇáÊáÝÒíæä
ÇáÚÑÈíÉ
In October 2003 Arabic Media assumed a new home, was launched in its new
domain and character.
